CC Pools designed and constructed our in-ground pool in the Fall of 2012.We were impressed with every aspect of the project. The employees were professional and courteous. The construction crew arrived at our home exactly when they said they would. They started early in the morning and worked until evening. They cleaned up after themselves at the end of each work day. They all took a lot of pride in their craftsmanship and the materials used were of the highest quality. Craig, the owner, was always immediately available for questions but we rarely had to contact him because his crew leader was so knowledgeable. We also had our pool closed by CC Pools and again the workers were very professional. Everyone at CC Pools explained each step of the financing, planning, construction and maintenance of our in-ground pool. Kris, the office manager, was especially helpful, patient and responsive. The pool is absolutely beautiful and we could not be happier with it. We would recommend CC Pools without reservation.

We started the pool shopping process in the spring when the temperature started to get hot unseasonably early. We also have a neighbor and friend who did the same. We had 3 estimates and decided with CC Pools. The 2 families went with other companies. Both pools (one liner one gunite) took 3 weeks longer than our CC Pool. The construction started 1day sooner than we thought and finished in 13 days despited the 103 degree weather. The crew was professional and efficient. We love the design, tile ,color added concrete and lessons on how to care for a in ground pool.No issues at all.We would highly recommend CC Pools to anyone considering pool installation.

I just wanted to write a note thanking everyone at CC Pools for the excellent and professional job they did on our pool. Almost every day, we get compliments on how great our pool looks – and we always give all the credit to CC! Starting with Craig and Kris in the office, we always felt like we knew exactly what to expect and were treated like family. They were up-front on costs and timeline and there were no surprises in our build. Ryan, the foreman of the crew along with Gordon, Anthony and Perry did great work and were always tolerant of our incessant questions. Everyone on the crew was respectful and imformative. Our 20’X40’ in ground vinyl pool was installed over 17 years ago. Craig Caster at CC pools has been servicing our pool for approximately the last ten years. During that time he has opened the pool each spring and closed the pool each fall. Also, due to the age of the pool, he has been called upon to provide numerous repairs including replacing the gas heater, the brominator, the liner, the winter cover and also to correct various plumbing problems and leaks. We have always found Craig to be prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and reasonably priced and recommend him to future customers.

Eighteen years ago we purchased our first pool. It was Huge!! Craig was just starting out in the pool business and became our “go to” man if we had any problems. We’ve had him install new liners, a new heater, fix fuses, repair the pool deck, plus various other projects. There isn’t anything that Craig and the CC Pool team wasn’t able to do.
